H1B Transfer

Hi, I work for an Organization A (MNC) through with I have a valid H1 B. I wroked for the orgnaizations client in the US for a period of 2 years and came back to India 6 months ago due to personal reasons.
My Visa stamp has since expired and I have continued to work for the same orgnaization in India.

I intend to explore job avenues in the USA and eventually switch from my current emploer. Can my eventual new employer file a H1 B transfer or will it have to be under a new H1B cap?
