AR11 with H1B ammendment pending

Hello,

I have an H1B extension case pending and I recently changed my address. When I file AR11 should i give the receipt number of my pending H-1B case?Or should attorney change address on the H1B petition?

When I gave the H-1B receipt number, USCIS said I do not have permissions on the H-1B petition.

H1B petition is filed by your employer / employer's attorney and the approval notice will be sent to them and not directly to you. So there is no address change that you will need to do on the pending petition since the address given there will be your attorney's address. But since you are changing address, you will need to file form AR-11.
