I got the receipt number on 4th Aug,
I have a concern regards to h1b transfer,
I came to USA on 12th Apr, Currently my employer COMPANY A in a one of the reputed company
My name is bit long, when i applied for SSN, it didnt fit in their system. And they took nearly 4-5 weeks to provide my SSN.
Since i didnt have SSN, my employer A didnt generate my paystub. Once i got my SSN, Employer A generated my paystub on Jun 15 for the period 1st to 15th June.
And paid the amound from 12th Apr to 31st May are paid (As per LCA) as ARRERS in my paystub with tax and other amount withold in my paystub statement.
When i applied for H1b transfer i gave two paystubs, 1st to Jun to 15th Jun & 16th Jun to 30 Jun.
Once i updated my SSN i didnt face any issue in getting my paystub generated.
Will this create any problem during my H1b transfer. Will i get RFE due to this?
