H1B/ H4 and H4 EAD Together

Hi

I am planning to Apply my H1B/H4 Extension in Premium Processing. and need to apply H4- EAD along with this H1B/H4 file.

How USCIS will work with this concurrent files?
i mean... They will consider all the file together as a premium process ) OR
Do they process H4 EAD separate in Regular process and H1B/H4 in Premium process ?

Anybody have this situation or anybody get approval ? how much takes time for that ?

At least the H4 extension will be processing in premium. EAD may be processed later, but they are pretty quick these days.

There is no premium for H4. Your H1B might get processed in premium and in most cases, the H4 also gets a decision along with H1B. However, there is no guarantee that H4 will also get processed quickly because the H1B been filed in premium. H1B decision will come in 15 days. H4 cecision can take anywhere between 15 days to 3 months. EAD processing may start only after approval of H4 extension.
