Going to India for one year

Hi All,

Need your suggestions and support, I am on H1-B my visa expires on 2017, I worked in USA for 9 months i am planning to go back india for one year, due to some reasons.
& one year i will work in India.My question is can i come back to USA again with same employer.

Please kindly suggest me.

Yes you can provided you have the latest employment letter at that time.

You can, as long as you have a valid approval notice from that employer, a valid H1B visa in the passport and an employment verification letter from the employer.
