Didn't receive any confirmation email? 221g green slip

Hi all,

I had visa interview for H1B visa on July 20th 2015. I received 221g green slip. I submitted all the required documents on July 25th but never received any confirmation email. Therefore I submitted all the documents again using different email address on August 5th but again I didn't receive any confirmation email. Did they stop giving confirmation emails? or am I doing something wrong? I will appreciate any help.
