Want to know whether change of status is affected due to my travel to India during H1

Im currently on h4 visa . One employer sponsered my H1B visa this year. I submitted all paper work in March 2015.
In Apr 2015 i went to India and while i was there my h1b was picked in lottery
I was back to US on my H4 visa in June 2015
Once i was back my visa got approved.

I would like to know whether my application for Change of Status(from Oct 2015) will be affected due to my India trip. I submitted an old I94 and now I have a new one

Did your H1B approval come with a new I-94 attached to it? If so, your status will change to H1B as of the H1B effective date.
