Delay in getting receipt number-h1 transfer

Hi,

LCA request was raised on 08th August and the company said that they have raised it under premium.

I still didn't get the receipt number.Usually how many day does it take to get the receipt number?

Is there any delay currently due to high work load on USCIS?

There is no premium processing for LCA and LCA is not filed with USCIS. It is filed with DOL. It takes about a week to 10 days to get the LCA. Once the employer receives the LCA, then can file the H1B petition in premium. If filed in premium, the receipt notice will be emailed to the attorney and the hard copy will be sent by mail later. It will take about 2 weeks to receive the hard copy of the receipt notice. When filed in premium, the decision in your case will be made within 15 days.
