Hi

Can I re-initiate , a case which was approved 3 years back.
Due to some personal reason after approval I was not able to proceed with my H1B case.
Now I would like to take an appointment and move forward.
Below is my status against Receipt Number

Case Was Approved

On November 7, 2013, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number xxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/address change to give us your new mailing address

Do you have the approval notice or a copy of the same with you? If not, though it is possible to claim cap exemption with only the receipt number, but many a large employers will be reluctant to proceed forward with only the receipt number.
