DS-160 correction and applciation fee

I have a question regarding my DS-160 form and application fee. I would really appreciate if someone can clarify my doubt.

I recently completed my DS-160, paid the Visa application fee and scheduled my interview appointment. Then I realized that I have made a mistake in my DS-160 form. I create a new DS-160 and corrected my mistake, but I have question regarding my Visa application fee and interview appointment.
Do I have to make another payment for Visa application fee for my new DS-160?
If no, will it cause problem for me as the Appointment Confirmation receipt has the old DS-160 confirmation number?

Got reply from U.S. Visa Service Des. Just fill new DS-160 and carry both the (Old & New) confirmation pages to the biometric appointment and inform the same information to the officials, they will make the changes over there itself.
