Hi ,
I was laid off yesterday and am currently on OPT. My company said that i will be on their payroll for another 2 months but i will only receive the next pay check(severance) on the last day i.e 2 months after yesterday. Now I am supposed to start on H1 from Oct 1st and my 17 month STEM was also approved a couple of months back.
How much time do i have to find a new job and what are my options ? Any help is greatly appreciated
