Multiple LCA amendments and cancellations for H1B

Hi All,

I have a valid H1B visa stamped for SSF,CA for client A.As i didn't have opportunities in that client A,i moved to client B where the location was warsaw,indiana.

My LCA was posted and confirmed by my onsite co-ordinator,how-ever,now seems like nothing is concrete with regards to travel with client B also.

Mean-while i heard about concrete requirement in client C for Indianapolis,Indiana.

Can i go ahead with the client C as iam little hesitant since my petition had already gone for amendment with client B and this shouldnot cause any issue with the petition amendment of client C.

Also,kindly let me know if multiple amendments to different client will have any issue in immigration.

Please pour your suggestions and guidance.

Multiple amendment is not an issue. As long as your employer files a new LCA for client C's location and USCIS approves the amendment, you can travel to work at Client C's location.
