Multiple H1B Applications with COS

I'm on F-1 opt and my status is till September 30th 2015. I have two H1B applications, In which one of the application is Approved and the other one is still pending.
My question is If I get the Approval for two H1B's. Can I join any company that I wish or does only one employer will get my I-94?

Please help me....

If both the petitions are filed as a COS from F1, then both if approved will come with a new I-94. You can decide to join whichever employer you want to work.
