Getting the drop box option while booking the appointment date for H1 Visa extension

Hi,

I am getting only the drop box option with message as "drop your documents in the drop box". I could not book the date for visa interview for my H1 extension with Hyderabad consulate.

Can someone please let me know if anyone has faced the same situation !

I am curious to know as well. I have a situation where it would be more convenient to schedule an interview (because my wife has to go for interview anyway). Is it possible to bypass this IWP?
