RFE on H1b Amendment PP

Hi,

My H1b was amendment was upgraded to PP on 25th Aug. As per the USCIS site, on sep-1st they have mailed an RFE to my employer.

My employer tells, they haven't recieved RFE notice still.. How long does it take for my employer to recieve RFE notice.

If the case was accepted for premium, then your employer / attorney should receive the RFE by email. It will take about 2 weeks to get the hard copy of the RFE by post.
