Hello All ,
I have a petition files from one of the US company and my stamping is done in Aug month 2015. My employer asking me to fly before Oct mid. Below is my concern.
Due to some personal reasons , I'd like to fly in the month of Nov or Dec. My employer said it may be a problem during port of entry as our client letter stated that our new project will start in Oct mid.
During port of entry if they ask me why your arrival is late , Can I say I was under Transition period which I took it from India ? If this is not okay , do I need to get Ammendment filed to USCIS and get approval by stating new project ? which will be the best option and pls recommend something better as per my need.
