Converting from H1B to H 4

Hi Friends,

Because of location constraint I'm moving from H1B to H4.When I asked to my HR manager for medical leaves then he told me to take 4 week unpaid leaves as I don't have any paid leave with me.And he told me that no paystub generated for that two week (08/17 to 08/31).And i'm still on leave.
And same time I started for H4 processing.I told to attorney that my last day will be 09/08 and I'm going to resign on the same day from my company.And I have given my last pay stub as till 08/14.
Below are my doubts:
1.As I told that latest pay stub (08/17 to 08/31) will not be generated will this impact any processing issue?
2. Will this impact in getting EAD in future?
3. Will this impact in getting GC?

When did you file the H1B to H4 COS? What is the date printed on the H4 receipt notice? You should have payslips at least till the receipt date of H4 COS.
