Hi Friends,
Because of location constraint I'm moving from H1B to H4.When I asked to my HR manager for medical leaves then he told me to take 4 week unpaid leaves as I don't have any paid leave with me.And he told me that no paystub generated for that two week (08/17 to 08/31).And i'm still on leave.
And same time I started for H4 processing.I told to attorney that my last day will be 09/08 and I'm going to resign on the same day from my company.And I have given my last pay stub as till 08/14.
Below are my doubts:
1.As I told that latest pay stub (08/17 to 08/31) will not be generated will this impact any processing issue?
2. Will this impact in getting EAD in future?
3. Will this impact in getting GC?
