H1B Rejected in 2001 - impact on Present H1b Stamping

Hi All,

My H1B petition was approved for 2015-16 quota. I have a question.

My H1B rejected in 2001.

What is the impact on my present H1B stamping?

Till now I did not apply for any type of Visa from USA.

Your previous rejection will have no impact on your current visa interview as long as the reason for the previous rejection is not fraud.
