h1b transfer is pending while old h1b/i94 expired
Hi
I have joined company B on May 2015 and applied h1b transfer on 5/13/2015, until now, the case is still pending. My old h1b (i94) (my previous company Aapplied for me) is expired on 9/30/2015. If the h1b case is still pending, do i still authorized to work after 9/30/2015 and will i out of status?
Do i need to upgrade to premium process and also try to change to other status like b2/f1?
Can anyone help? if you find any documentation to support my case it will be great.
