Hi...need immediate help...my visa details are as follows ...I am currently on h4
H4: Valid until 30 Sep 2015 and we have filed for extension.
H1: Was valid from 10/31/2006 to 09/30/2009. Travelled only for a period of 45 days and I have the complete term left out. To my knowledge this visa can be reactivated under cap exempt category until 6 years from its expiry which is 09/30/2015.
Right now I have an opening with a specific consultancy but if I try for this opening now will I be able to pull my H1 back. Hardly have 20 days left out in my H1 and H4. If it is not possible then I will stop trying. if it is possible then I don't want to delay and miss out on this opportunity. Kindly respond. Thanks in advance for your help
