  • H1B Nearing to Expire

    Hi,
I came to USA Jan, 2013 and went to my home country in Feb 2015. My h1b is going to expire this month.
Now, I want to go back to USA.
Please let me know What are the possible ways for me to go back to USA.

Ask your previous H1B sponsor to extend your petition or find another employer who has a job matching your skill set and transfer your H1B. When the extension / transfer gets approved, you can travel to U.S to work for that employer. You will need a valid H1B visa to travel.

      thank you for the reply.
But to extend the petition, what are all need to have.
After leaving to my home town, No pay stubs were run on my name.
And how long does it take to extend the petition?

Pay slips are needed only for the time that you were in U.S in H1B status working for that employer. You need to give the employer the same set of documents that you gave them last time. It will take 2-5 months to get a decision under normal process and 15 days by premium.
