Time taken for RFE to be received in mail for Regular Processing ?

I got my status changed to RFE issued on August 26th for my H1B Amendment. Till now I don't know what is the RFE is about since I haven't got any mail yet. That's what my Employer says. How long does it usually takes to receive the RFE by mail ?

Within 2 weeks. If filed in premium, the soft copy of the RFE will be sent via email followed by the hard copy by post.
