Traveling on old h4 visa/stamp when new H1b is in transfer

Hello,

If an applicant got H1b visa with employer A. His spouse travels abroad and got the H4 visa from home country's consulate.
Applicant then switch the company - Employer B- (and hence the H1b visa) but spouse still has old H4 visa.
Can the spouse travel/come back to US on old H4 visa or will she need to get new H4 (that ties to Employer B)?

Can use the old H4 visa to travel. But she need to carry your new H1B approval notice for the employer that you will be working as of the day of her entry into U.S.
