H1 - Extension Timelines

Hi All,

Any Idea on the timelines of H1 extensions? It's been close to 4 months for my extension application request and no response from USCIS. Any recent approval experience(with timelines) would help us a lot in getting the timelines.

waiting for >3 months under regular processing ..no response from CSC ..although website says processing time is 2 months

Check the processing times on USCIS website. If more than the posted time has passed since receipt date (as per receipt notice) then your employer can contact USCIS for updates.
