Married to US citizen while on h3 - change of status

Good morning guys

I married my wife 2 weeks ago and currently i am on h3 visa.
She is america citizen, i am going to apply shortly for an adjustment of status.
But I have a couple of questions:

1. Is it mandatory to disclose the marriage to the employer?

2.do i have to inform the employer that i am gonna apply for the adjustment of status soon?

3. I am about to have a promotion at work and i am afraid that disclosing that information they can change their mind/or discriminate in some way.
