I filed my petition last April 2014 thru company A for client A and got it approved for one year (Expiry Date: 30-Sep-2015). In March 2015, client B of Company A made an amendment for client/location change and i went for Visa Stamping and got it. But i couldn't travel due to other reasons. This is my situation and need guidance for below queries:
a) Since i didn't travel after amendment, the amendment would not hold good. am i right ?
b) If no other employer offers amendment, what will happen to my petition after 30-Sep-2015 ? Can it be Cap extended ? If it can be, who can do it ? does it have to be client A o Company A or company B can also do it ?
Please let me know your responses at the earliest.
