H1-B transfer to a new company while extension is still in progress

Hello,

My H1-B extension has been filed by Company A (current employer) 3 weeks back for another state . My current I-94 and H1-B expire in 5 days. I have a new offer from Company B (new employer) for the existing state.

1. Can Company B file for a transfer while my extension is still in progress?
2. Will I have to wait for a decision on the extension filed by Company A, to join company B or I can join with petition number ( Receipt number - with out approval) for Company B?
3. Can I continue with Employer A even though extension filed by both Company A and B are approved or I have to join Company B?
