Can new H1B petition withdrawn, if current L1A employer files for GC ?

Hello Experts!

I have filed new H1B petition this year with a new company and processing under way.
My current employer, with whom I have L1A, has now agreed to file by Green Card.

Can I request my H1B processing me terminated? Can someone advise me the steps to follow for withdrawing the H1B petition?
Do I have to disclose about the H1B petition during the GC processing?

Looking for guidance.

Yes, the employer can withdraw the pending petition anytime. Employer would know how to do that.
You don't need to disclose about the pending H1B while filing GC.
