Advice for H1B and H4 visa

Hi

i am an indian citizen and i have been in uk for 7 years and now i am on tier1 sponsorship. i have applied for h1 visa and got approved , i couldn't apply for h4 with my application for my wife because she applied for h1 separately.
now after my h1b approval can i go to interview with my wife as dependant by filling her details in D-160. plaese do advice me whats the best optoin. thank you all ..

Yes, you can do that. Both of you can attend H1B and H4 visa interview together.
