H1b premium processing ...Reciept notice not received yet

Hello All,
My Consular petition for H1B was filled on 8th september with USCIS under premium processing.
Its been 10 working days but my employer haven't received the receipt notice yet.
Is it normal? specially in case of premium processing.

It is not unusual. This has happened to others. Some people got their approval before the receipt notice. Ask your employer to look up their accounts to see if your premium processing check has been cashed. That is the indication that USCIS has accepted your case. The lawyer can call USCIS to check the status.
