out of status : new employer h1b with new i94 approved a day gap in joining new emp

Hi.. can you please help in below scenario,


My H1b Petition with extension is approved on 09/15/2015 with new employer and am joining new employer on 09/23/2015.

My current employer set my Last working day as 09/21/2015

Since there is one day gap in joining new employer will I be in out of status and do i need fill DS 160 with out of status check as "yes"

End Date of current employer : 09/21/2015
Start date with new employer : 09/23/2015

I-94 and petition approved with current employer till : 06/15/2016
I -94 and petition approved with new employer till : 08/18/2018

Don't stress on it too much. One day gap is not considered to be out of status.
