H1B to F-2 (Help please!)
I am a Korean woman who haw been working as a therapist in the States
with my H1B visa for 2 years.
I got married last year with my husband who is a Canadian citizen,
and is currently a student(F-1).
We are planning to move to a different city for his advanced degree
and I am having hard time finding a new employer who is willing to
sponsor me.
If I stop working at my current job, do I have to immediately leave the country? If I quit working and want to optain student's spouse visa(F-2)
What do I need to do? (Do I have to go back to Korea to exchange my visa?,
Do I have to switch my visa before I stop working?)
And Will there be any pboblem because my husband and I have different nationality?
Please help me!
