Hello,
My L1-B to H1B cos was approved back in May 2015 with a start date of October 1, 2015 with the same employer. received new I-94 with I 797 which is valid till 2017.
Now I have got a better opportunity with another employer. Can the new employer transfer this H1-B COS to their firm like any other H1-B or do I need to get stamping before I switch?
