2 petitions for change of status (H4 to H1B) please help!

If there are 2 applications filled from 2 different employers for the same person and both the applications gets picked in the lottery.
What will happen when both the petitions are applied for change of status (H4 to H1B ) ?
Will that create any problems in further processing?

No problem. The beneficiary has to choose any one and start working for that employer from the effective date.

During my change of status process (h4 to h1b) if my spouse (h1b holder) changes employer then

- My h4 along with spouse h1b will be transferred to new employer
- Same time my change of status will be in progress

Will there be any conflict between above two scenario?

Will h4 transfer due to employer change of my spouse (primary h1b holder) make any impact on change of status for h4 holder?

Do not file H4 extension (there is no H4 transfer) along with your spouse's new petition. It will complicate things. Once your own change of status has been received by USCIS, your status is legal. You don't have to worry about what happens to your spouse.
