Re process or re initiate withdrawn H1 petetion

Hi All,

My H1 application picked up in lottery this year. There was RFE on this. Due to some reasons employer withdrawn my petition. After some negotiations he is willing to re process my petition again. is it possible to re process my petition again ? If this does not work this year, is there any possibility to skip lottery process next year to file again? I am on L1 VISA now.

If petition has been officially withdrawn with USCIS, it is gone. You will have to go through the cap next year.
