It’s been more than 7 months, my H4 visa applied on regular processing. Still the case status shows “Case Was Received”. Kindly, help with your opinion.

1. What is the usual processing time for H4 processing? Please share your experience about had delay in H4 processing & how long you have been waited?
2. Can I change existing H4 application to premium process?

7 Months is unusually long, did your spouse travel during this period?

Unfortunately there is no premium processing for dependent visas/status changes. I would suggest you take an info-pass appointment and go to USCIS office to to try ascertain the reasons for the delay.
