I have Approved H1-B Petition with a H1B Sponcer , but now i my current employer wanted to process L1 B visa for me.


1. Can i apply for L1 B Visa ?
2. How long can we postpone our H1 B visa stamping ?
3. Once i go to US with L1 B , can i convert my visa to H1-B ?
