H1B Transfer to my present company

Hi All,

Before joining my present company I applied for H1B through a consultancy and and it got selected in lottery.
My consultancy shared me the receipt number of the approved petition.
I haven't attended for stamping yet. I never travel to US.
My question is Can I transfer my petition to my present company? Need your help.

You will need at least a copy of the H1B approval notice to begin the transfer process. Filing a transfer based on a receipt notice is possible, but risky as there can be an RFE.
