I have a question on my approved H1B case.
I have worked on H1B in the past and has nearly 2.5 years unused in total 6 years H1 limit. I got my H1 in 2008, and left US in 2012. I did not work continuously on H1 status when in US but had breaks in between (H4 status).
The question is that whether I am still eligible to use(without CAP) the unused years in my previous H1 work permit(2.5years) or do I need to apply for a new H1(with CAP)?
