  • H1B Amendment - Client change but within MSA and confusing answers

    Hi,

My area of intended employment address in LCA is now different from where i'm working. But both the addresses are within Atlanta MSA. Also the client name is different now.

My employer says, there is no need to file amendment as it's within MSA. But then answers I found in forum, some says required and some doesn't. It's confusing.

Do I need to file amendment in this case or not?

    Thank you in advance!

You need both the LCA and H1B to be amended. Check the below link.

As per http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/usc...tions-decision, it says if move is within MSA then not required, but it doesn't clearly says amendment is required, if move within MSA and client changed

      Thanks
