H4 to H1b under cap exempt
Hi,
I entered USA on H1B in May 2013 and exited in April 2014(almost 1 year). I went back to India got married and entered USA again with my husband on H4.
Now, my H1B stamp from the first time expired on August 30th 2015. and my husband's VISA expired on September 30th 2015. He has applied for H1b extension along with my H4 extension on premium. He got an RFE on October 13th 2015.
I found an employer , who has already filed LCA and its certified. He filed for my H1B COS under Cap Exempt on October 7th 2015. #
1. Will my H1B approval process be delayed , until my H4 is extended?
2. How much more time will my husbands approval take?
3. Premium processing 15 days is calendar days or working days?
