My H1B visa and I94 was expired on first week of OCT 2016.
H1B extension petition is denied on second week of OCT 2016. My organization is waiting for the denial notice(hopefully will receive this week) to see whether appeal is possible or not.
What all the next options I have?
Before my current organization starts appeal , whether i can transfer my visa to another organization?
If i start my transfer process before appeal submission by my current organization, whether it will impact my transfer? or i should wait until appeal submission
Once my H1B transfer is approved, whether i need to go stamping immediately?
