H1B renewal Dropbox process

Me and my family got H1B visa stamped in June 2014. Visa expired in April 2015. My company filed for extension and I got the approval notice.
Now I am going to India in December 2015 for vacation. I need to stamp again. My employer, visa class, end client are same.
My questions are,
1) Am I (and my family) eligible for dropbox? (interview waiver)
2) the instructions on consulate site says schedule an appointment for finger prints. Do I have to actually go for finger prints scanning if I opt for dropbox?
3) How much time it takes to get the decision.
