  • Question on DS-160

    Hey Guys,

I am going to india in next few days and have to get a Stamp this time as my current one expired.

I am filling out DS-160 here and trying to submit it before i leave US. Where i am getting confused is LAST 5 visits to US.

Should my current trip be listed there?

The information that you fill in DS160 should be as of the date of your visa interview. When you attend the visa interview, you will be outside U.S. So the YES, you need to mention about the current trip as well.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

Your last five trips to the US would be the ones before today. They are asking about the day you landed at the US port of entry. The current trip hasn't happened yet and you will only reenter the US after the visa interview. So, it shouldn't be listed as there is nothing to list.
