H1B expired, Is cap extension possible ?

Hi,

My h1b was from 2008 to 2011 and I was in USA from 2009 to 2011. Thereafter I returned to India in 2011 after working nearly 2 years in USA.
My H1B expired in sept 2011 and considering 2008 approval, 6 years are over in 2014.
Is cap extension possible in my case as I have worked only 2 years out of possible 6 ?

As you were in H1 within last 6 Years , yes I believe you are cap exempt till 2017.
