H1B Out of Cap Visa
Hi,
I am currently in USA with I-94 since my L1 A is expired. My I-94 is valid till Nov 2017. I was having H1B stamped visa in 2008, which is never being used. I left for other country (UK) in 2008.
Let me know if I am eligible for H1 out of Cap. How much time will require to get H1 B out of cap if I am eligible and do I need to go for stamping again?
