Recently deported from chicago poe while travelling with H1B

Hi
I had h1 visa issued on September 2015 valid through 2018 ,I travelled to Chicago and Was deported with prejudice as I was forced to accept that I was lying , can I travel on h4 if my wife has valid h1 please help.
