Parallel H1B amendment

Hi All,
I work full time in a MNC. My first H1B LCA was raised for client A, and I did not get that project. Next I got a project from client B, and my company filed my non-premium H1B amendment and got new LCA also. now my first amendment is in-progress. Now my company wants me to move to client B project in a different city and state, and they want to apply another H1B amendment for it.

Now my first amendment will be cancelled?
Can we apply for premium amendment processing for my second amendment? Will it help?

It doesn't automatically get cancelled. The employer can withdraw that amendment if needed.
Yes, you can file the 2nd amendment under premium process.
