I was on unpaid internship/training for the first 4 months of my OPT and then got a full time with my current company who filed my H1-B. Do I need to mention that 4 months unpaid internship/training on my DS-160 under previous work information or just choose NO for that. It was more likely a training. I don't have any documentation for that unpaid internship like time sheets or etc.
